Midas Hospitality and ACRES debut The Livingston by Hyatt

Brooklyn, NY The first Hyatt-branded hotel in Brooklyn has now debuted, adding a modern hideaway to the city’s cultural district. St. Louis-based Midas Hospitality and its partner ACRES Capital developed the 104-room upscale hotel, The Livingston, part of the JdV by Hyatt brand. Designed for travelers with a sense of genuine discovery and community, the 22-story hotel ties into local culture with curated spaces.

The Livingston is steps from the Barclays Center, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), and the Brooklyn Museum, as well as a host of theaters, art galleries, and live music venues. Multiple subway stations are within walking distance, providing access to the city.
Located at 291 Livingston St., The Livingston, a pet-friendly hotel, hosts 15 rooms with balconies. Every room has city views. The airy rooms and suites showcase a modern-industrial design with several amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, spa-like bathrooms with white marble showers, 55-inch TV, in-room safe, mini fridge, coffee maker, desk and lounge chair.

Guests can enjoy all day, locally-inspired dining at the hotel’s full-service restaurant, The Grove Lantern, as well as social spaces that foster connection, including the lobby Goldfinch Café which serves premium espresso beverages and fresh pastries from neighboring bakeries.
