Manhattan, NY Stellar Management, a New York City–based real estate investment and management firm, has appointed Matthew Lembo and Ryan Jackson as co–chief executive officers, effective immediately. They succeed Larry Gluck, who founded the firm in 1985.

“As we look ahead with confidence, we are pleased to formally appoint Matthew and Ryan as co-chief executive officers,” said Sandra Gluck. “Having already served in leading the firm these past few years, they are exceptionally well positioned to drive Stellar Management into its next chapter and build on the firm’s continuing success.”

Lembo and Jackson bring complementary expertise and deep institutional knowledge to their new positions, having been with the firm since 2008 and 2009, respectively. Over the years, they have worked together as partners and played pivotal roles in shaping Stellar Management’s strategic direction, driving growth, and advancing the firm’s evolution.

“Stepping into the role of Co-CEO is both an honor and a responsibility I take seriously,” said Lembo. “I’m proud of our accomplishments and excited to keep strengthening our portfolio, deepening our expertise, and driving Stellar’s long-term success alongside Ryan.”

“This is a defining moment for Stellar Management, and I’m energized to help lead the firm into its next phase,” said Jackson. “Matthew and I are aligned in our vision to build on the firm’s strong foundation while pursuing new opportunities for innovation and value creation across the business.”

In addition to this leadership transition, Stellar Management is actively evolving its brand strategy, with part one of the firm’s website overhaul live and further updates to be shared in the coming weeks.
