Phillips of Largo Real Estate Advisors arranges $6 million mortgage for refinance and renovation of Wingate by Wyndham property

Ellicottville, NY Jack Phillips of Largo Real Estate Advisors arranged a $6 million permanent first mortgage for the refinance and renovation of the Wingate by Wyndham property located in the town’s ski village.

The financing supports a Property Improvement Plan (PIP) that will convert the existing Wingate into the upscale boutique Ascend brand by Choice Hotels. Planned upgrades include a heated outdoor pool and outdoor fire pits, enhancing the guest experience and strengthening the property’s competitive position. When completed the hotel will be significantly different with a chic wilderness vibe featuring rustic charm and high-end amenities.

Situated off Main St., the hotel benefits from limited competition and strong year-round tourism demand. Largo continues to provide strategic financing solutions for hospitality properties in high-traffic destination markets.
