CSC Real Estate JV at 136 East 57th St.
Manhattan, NY CSC Real Estate (CSC), formed a joint venture at 136 East 57th St., located on the south east corner of East 57th St.and Lexington Ave. in Midtown. The building went through renovations including new facade, new elevators, new mechanical and structural improvements.
“This joint venture acquisition of 136 East 57th St. adds a prime corner asset in a core Midtown location to our growing New York portfolio,” said Alberto Smeke of CSC.
