TransUnion signs 30,140 s/f at The Durst Organizations 1155 Ave. of The Americas
Manhattan, NY TransUnion, a global information and insights company, has signed a lease with The Durst Organization for the entire 30,140 s/f sixth floor at 1155 Ave. of the Americas to accommodate its New York-based associates, visiting executives and clients. The floor is a DurstReady space — Durst’s turnkey office product featuring fully furnished, wired, and move-in ready offices designed for immediate occupancy.
The Durst Organization was represented in house by Tom Bow, Rocco Romeo, and Nora Caliban. TransUnion was represented by David Wilson, Jonathan Zeitler, Mike McKenna and Barry Spagna of Cresa in addition to TransUnion director of Real Estate Harriet Gleason.
