SL Green inks 163,000 s/f lease with Clay at 11 Madison Avenue
Manhattan, NY SL Green Realty Corp. has inked a new 10-year, 163,095 s/f lease at 11 Madison Ave. with Clay, an AI Sales growth stage company that surpassed $100 million ARR in Q4. Clay will occupy the entire 14th and 16th floors, together with a part of the 15th floor. With the addition of the Clay team, the building has achieved 100% leased occupancy.

11 Madison Ave. is a 2.3 million s/f, 30-story office tower located on a full block between Park Ave. South and Madison Ave., and 24th and 25th Sts. The building is adjacent to Madison Square Park with close proximity to the surrounding neighborhood’s many restaurants, shopping and upscale hotels. It has a tenant roster including UBS, Sony, William Morris Endeavor, Suntory and Pinterest. 11 Madison Ave. is also home to the 3-Michelin-Star restaurant Eleven Madison Park.
Clay was represented in the transaction by Aaron Ellison, Derek Feinman, and Adam Spector of Newmark. The landlord was represented by Brian Waterman, Brent Ozarowski and Eric Harris of Newmark.
