Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC signed two new leases totaling 4,700 s/f at 505 Eighth Ave. The transactions bring a medical practice and an entertainment industry services firm to the Midtown office building, further diversifying its tenant roster.
In the first transaction, K&K OB-GYN & Cosmetics signed a new seven-year lease for 1,700 s/f on a portion of the 10th floor. The company will use the space for its general and executive offices. Trevor Larkin of CBRE represented the tenant. The suite was previously occupied by Huntington’s Disease Society of America.
Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in both transactions.
