Wappingers Falls, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial brokered the $4.8 million sale of Staples Plaza, a 24,365 s/f retail facility, located at 1849 South Rd.

Steven Salomone and Thomas Laperch, of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, represented the seller, Redl Real Estate, LLC. The purchaser, Hampshire Management Co.,was referred to Houlihan Lawrence by Martin Deitch of Aries, Deitch and Endelson.

This property is situated on Rte. 9 with frontage on both Rte. 9 and Rte. 9D (W Main St.), making it a visible site along these two major business corridors. In addition, the plaza is home to Staples and Sherwin Williams, both on long-term leases, and who have each been at this plaza for over 20 years.
