Ariel Property Advisors presents 2025 corporate award winners and company promotions

Manhattan, NY Ariel Property Advisors (Ariel) presented its internal recognition awards honoring the firm’s top producers, leaders and rising stars for their achievements throughout 2025. In addition, Ariel named its latest internal promotions as the company continues to elevate its leading team of professionals.

Top Producer Award: Jason Gold, senior director of investment sales, was honored for his exceptional transaction volume and market leadership throughout 2025.

Silver Club Level: Jason Gold and Christoffer Brodhead, senior directors, investment sales, Matt Dzbanek and Ben Schlegel, senior directors in capital services.

Bronze Club Level: Daniel Mahfar, director, investment sales, and Matt Swerdlow, senior director, capital services.

Iron Club Level: Gabriel Elyaszadeh, associate director, investment sales.

Force Multiplier Award: Presented to Milan Stojevski, senior analyst, investment sales, and Jared Kulman, associate, capital services, in recognition of the significant contributions they made to enhance the effectiveness and impact within the Ariel organization.

The Rising Star Award: Presented to Anthony Priest, director, capital services, for his continued work originating and executing financing transactions nationwide and Erik Moloney, investment sales associate, for his origination and business development efforts in investment sales.

Unsung Hero Award: Presented to Waliya Ahmed, investment sales analyst, for her role producing the Coffee & Cap Rates presentations, and Rachel Courtney, operations manager, for her management of the firm’s recruiting process and other internal responsibilities.

Local Leadership Award: Drew McWilliams, associate director, investment sales, received this award in recognition of his unwavering dedication to community organizations and industry leadership.
