Hex Technologies signs 12,000 s/f lease at The Feil Organization’s 250 Park Ave. South

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization made known that Hex Technologies has signed a five-year, 12,000 s/f lease at 250 Park Ave. South. The San Francisco-based AI company will occupy the entire seventh floor of the Flatiron District office building.

The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener, Robert Fisher and Henry Korzec. Hex Technologies was represented by Avison Young senior director Peter Johnson and senior associate Alexa Damon.

Constructed in 1911 and designed by Rouse & Goldstone, a historic New York architectural firm, 250 Park Ave. South is a 12-story, Class A office building located in the Flatiron District. The 130,000 s/f Neo-Gothic building offers access to the neighborhood’s offerings, including dining destinations such as Old Town Bar and Restaurant and Shake Shack, as well as key landmarks like the Gramercy Park Hotel, Union Square Park and Madison Square Park. The building is located near major transit lines, including the 23^rd St. and 14^th St. subway stations.
