Manhattan, NY Hamptons BioMedsigned a new retail lease, which will open its first Biomedical Longevity Clinic in the city on the ground floor of 211 East 70th St.
Rudin was represented in-house by Kevin Daly along with Josef Yadgarov from Wexler Healthcare & Commercial Properties of The Corcoran Group.
Founded in Southampton and led by medical expert Dr. Jeffrey Morrison, clinical nutritionist Tapp Francke and longevity technology specialist Jess Arden, Hamptons BioMed blends integrative medical services, cutting-edge longevity technologies, and holistic therapies to support long-term wellness. As part of a 10-year deal, Hamptons BioMed will occupy 2,276 s/f.
