Brooklyn, NY As the demolition of the Brooklyn Mirage unfolded, high above the city — framed by the Manhattan skyline — a unique architectural story began to unfold.

In 2025, as part of the venue’s renewal, the Hello Wood architecture studio designed and built an exclusive Artist Village VIP section on the Brooklyn Mirage’s rooftop terrace, featuring five PEBL Grand cabins — futuristic, sculptural objects offering views over Manhattan.

Originally planned as private retreat spaces for world-famous performers at the club — including Sara Landry, Peggy Gou, Deadmau5, The Chainsmokers — the five specially made PEBL Grand design cabins were placed in the backstage area to provide artists with stylish and comfortable resting environments between performances. Four of the cabins are fitted with bespoke lounge sofas (can be installed as a bed instead), while one features a king-size bed, each designed to include a panoramic window, a dining area, a kitchen counter, and a private bathroom. As the music venue never opened, the cabins were never used.

Yet despite this, the PEBL Grand received international recognition, among them Platinum at the Rome Design Awards 2025 in the Mobile Homes category, Gold at the International Design Awards 2025 in the Architecture Project Development – Hospitality category and was named the most sensational mini house of 2025 by the Italian Domusweb. Now, these brand-new, award-winning PEBL Grand cabins are looking for their next destination: a new home where they can fulfill their purpose, serving as high-end hospitality units, exclusive retreats, and iconic architectural landmarks.
