According to Will Obeid, president of Gemini Real Estate Advisors, the company acquired the Wyndham Garden Chelsea Hotel, located at 37 West 24th St. The Wyndham Garden Chelsea Hotel is a 124-room, select service hotel that is located in the Flatiron District. The purchase price of the hotel was undisclosed.
