GFP Real Estate leases 3,062 s/f to DoorList at 322 Eighth Ave.
Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, LLC, Doorlist Event Management, Inc. (DoorList), an app designed for college students to create and manage social events on campus, has signed a new three-year lease for 3,062 s/f on the third floor of 322 Eighth Ave. in Chelsea.
Claire Koeppel and Dylan Weisman of Newmark represented the tenant in the transaction. Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate.
DoorList is expected to move in this February following the buildout of their space, which will serve as the company’s general, executive, and administrative offices. Planned improvements include multiple phone rooms, a huddle room, an eight-person conference room, a wet pantry, new lighting, and upgraded flooring.

Built in 1925 and designed by architects George and Edward Blum in a neo-gothic style, 322 Eighth Ave. is a 21-story, 185,000 s/f office building located in Chelsea. In recent years the building’s entrance and façade were completely remodeled and feature a modern, glass storefront while the building’s marble-floored lobby boasts dramatic vaulted ceilings featuring a mural painted by renowned American artist Thomas Hart Benton, which was recently restored by a specialist from the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
