Cushman & Wakefield represents United Hospital Fund in 22,000 s/f lease at 1411 Broadway

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, announced that United Hospital Fund (UHF) has renewed its headquarters lease at 1411 Bdwy. in Midtown. UHF signed a deal for 22,083 s/f on the 7th floor, which it will fully build out into a new  workspace. The organization, a nonprofit whose mission is to improve health and health care in New York, was previously located on the 12th floor of the building. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Josh Kuriloff, Matthias Li and Heather Thomas represented United Hospital Fund in the transaction. The landlord, La Caisse, was represented by CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Neil King and Emily Chabrier.
