What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?

I’m most excited about the podcast we’re developing to spotlight the professionals behind the NYC Metro region’s infrastructure, development and construction industries. The City’s scale can limit everyday community, and this podcast creates one by sharing candid conversations about motivation, achievements, challenges and lessons learned. It connects industry leaders with those inspired by their work and offers insight and guidance for the next generation.

What emerging challenge or opportunity do you see shaping the construction industry in the next few years, and how are you preparing for it?

I’ve focused on understanding how AI fits into construction workflows and using my firm’s dedicated AI tools to enhance client service. This includes faster, more consistent contract review, litigation and deposition analysis, and creating visuals like flow charts and decision trees to support clearer, more strategic legal guidance.

What is something outside of work that brings you energy, balance or creativity?

Sharing quirky NYC holiday photos with dry wit on LinkedIn–creative storytelling that connects people and celebrates the city
