What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?

I am most excited about our team’s work on the new Williams College Museum of Art, the museum’s first purpose-built home on campus. The project’s complexity and unique design make it especially engaging, and seeing the museum staff’s excitement as the building takes shape is incredibly rewarding. Presenting the project alongside the museum’s director reinforced the impact it will have by expanding student access to collections and creating lasting value for the campus and community.

What do you wish more women knew about the opportunities available in the construction industry today?

I wish more women knew how many paths exist in the construction industry beyond traditional field roles. Project teams rely on a wide range of expertise, including accounting, IT, legal, marketing, procurement, quality, and design professionals. These roles allow women to apply their skills, grow their careers, and make a meaningful impact on complex projects, often without a formal construction background.

What habit or routine helps you stay focused or motivated during a busy week?

I stay motivated by organizing my calendar, reviewing my priorities, and setting time to connect with my team daily.
