What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? Our team recently completed Buildings 4, 5 and 6 of the Stevenson complex in the Soundview section of the Bronx — three buildings delivering affordable senior housing and affordable homeownership opportunities. It was my first project at UAG, and within six months I was promoted to lead project manager overseeing all three buildings. With the demand for affordable housing growing across NYC, I am proud to contribute to work that strengthens communities and expands access to quality housing.

What is one piece of advice or perspective you would share with women beginning their careers in the construction industry? Construction has long been a male-dominated industry, and women often feel the need to prove themselves. My advice is simple: trust your instincts, stand behind your knowledge, and never shrink your voice to make others comfortable. Confidence grows through experience, and your perspective adds value. Women belong in every room on a jobsite — and we are more capable and resilient than many expect.

What habit or routine helps you stay focused or motivated during a busy week? A quick reset with a favorite podcast or playlist keeps me focused and grounded during busy weeks.
