Ticco of Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage leases 6,748 s/f to Webster Szanyi
Williamsville, NY Webster Szanyi LLP has finalized the relocation of its downtown Buffalo office from the Liberty Building to a newly renovated 6,748 s/f space at 5326 Main St. Webster Szanyi has been servicing clients from its downtown office since its inception in 1999. The law firm also has an office in East Aurora.
“Over the past few years, Webster Szanyi’s leadership team planned extensively to execute this relocation,” said John Ticco, associate real estate broker at Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co., who assisted with the firm’s relocation to the Benderson Development-owned building. “Their partners were exceptionally organized and diligent at every step, ensuring that this move would not only meet their operational needs but also elevate their firm’s culture and support their team’s long-term success.” The space was renovated by Benderson Development in collaboration with the firm’s office relocation committee.
The move marks an exciting new chapter for the firm — not just a change of address, but an office space designed to promote the firm’s mission and goals. “We wanted a space that balances our privacy needs as attorneys with a setup that encourages collaboration and teamwork, a place where everyone will hopefully enjoy coming to work,” said managing partner Tom Lane. “And we were fortunate to find a location that is central to where so many of us live, and just steps away from the Village of Williamsville and everything that area has to offer.” The new office, which is located at the intersection of Main Street and Union Road, was completely renovated by Benderson Development and features an “open design” with multiple conference rooms and private offices.
The new Williamsville location is expected to enhance the client experience by offering improved accessibility and modern amenities in a growing suburban market while maintaining the firm’s strong Buffalo/Western New York identity.
