Platinum Commercial hires Rais as head of operations

Manhattan, NY Platinum Commercial, the CRE arm of Platinum Properties, has hired Monika Rais as head of operations. Rais joins at a pivotal moment for the firm, as Platinum Commercial continues growth following its launch at the beginning of this year. Her appointment marks a milestone as she becomes the first female executive within the commercial division, reinforcing Platinum’s commitment to cultivating diverse, high-impact leadership as it accelerates hiring across new commercial roles.

In her new role at Platinum Commercial, Rais will partner closely with CEO Khashy Eyn to strengthen the operational foundation of the expanding commercial division. She will translate the firm’s long-term vision of deepening client relationships and advancing its commercial footprint into cohesive execution that keeps teams aligned and supported as the division grows. Her focus will include enhancing core processes, improving data and performance oversight, and introducing systems that streamline workflows and strengthen collaboration. As the central connection between leadership, sales, and support staff, Rais will guide the team toward greater efficiency and long-term growth.

Rais brings 16 years of real estate industry experience to Platinum Commercial, having spent six years as an agent before moving to operations in 2015. She has developed deep experience in scaling teams, building systems, and driving organizational accountability. She previously held the role of Senior Director of Operations at The Agency, a global luxury real estate brokerage, where she led major technology and workflow initiatives, and managed cross-functional projects that brought internal teams and external partners into alignment. She also oversaw the onboarding of more than 85 offices worldwide and mentored over 170 team members across both in-office and remote environments. Earlier in her career, she co-founded Forward Concept LLC, a multi-industry project management and operations consultancy with a strong focus on real-estate operations. Through the firm, she partnered with agents, teams, and brokerages to refine workflows and build scalable processes to support efficiency and long-term growth.
