The Feil Organization inks two new leases - 25,000 s/f at 57 Lexington Ave.
Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization closed the signing of two leases totaling 25,000 s/f with two tenants at 570 Lexington, marking 100,000 s/f of new and renewal commitments signed at the property year-to-date. The leases include Wolf Popper LLP, an internationally recognized litigation firm, occupying 13,400 s/f across the entire 19th floor, and existing tenant Mandelbaum Barrett PC, which is renewing and expanding to 11,330 s/f across the entire 21st floor.
