The Moinian Group launches leasing at ARIA 7 Platt

Manhattan, NY The Moinian Group has launched leasing at ARIA 7 Platt, a 38-story, 250-unit luxury residential development located at 7 Platt St. in the Financial District. The project’s construction efforts are being carried out by AECOM Tishman, with Hill West serving as the project architect and Rockwell Group as project designer. Final completion is expected this quarter.

The 250,00 s/f, 38-story glass-clad tower will deliver 250 luxury residences to the FiDi community, a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, and Penthouse residences with an accompanying Penthouse lounge area. Shared indoor resident amenity spaces to include fitness center, library, work pods, lounges, private dining spaces with outdoor terrace access, a gaming and virtual reality area, laundry facilities and a communal kitchen.

The building’s outdoor amenity spaces include a rooftop sundeck with chaise loungers, garden lounge, movie lounge, dining areas, and outdoor coworking space.

ARIA 7 Platt benefits from its proximity to a myriad of transportation offerings including the Fulton Street subway station, providing residents access to nearly all New York City subway lines that service all five boroughs.
