“With locations around Manhattan and Brooklyn, we’re excited to welcome BODYROK’s first Upper East Side location at The Harper. It’s incredibly gratifying to partner with one of the country’s most in-demand boutique fitness concepts and to give our residents and those in the neighborhood easy access to classes,” said Eldad Blaustein, CEO of IGI USA. “BODYROK has fostered a loyal following for its low-impact, high-intensity method, and the addition of this studio offers access to a world-class workout experience that reflects the same blend of refinement, performance, and modern living that defines The Harper.”
Founded in California in 2012 by co-founders Jakob Irion, Kim Palumbo, Tina Irion, and Phil Palumbo, BODYROK is known for its signature 45-minute, Pilates-based sculpt classes that blends strength training, cardio, and core work on custom reformer machines. The method delivers a fast-paced full body workout designed to lengthen, tone, and strengthen through controlled movements and targeted sequences. With its emphasis on precision, form, and full-body engagement, BODYROK has become a go-to for those seeking an efficient, athletic, and progress-centered training experience that achieves lasting results, even after class ends.
“The Harper is a natural fit for BODYROK’s newest studio and an exciting next chapter in our New York expansion,” said Irion. “The surrounding neighborhood, paired with the building’s thoughtful design, makes it an ideal setting to bring our Pilates-inspired workouts to the Upper East Side. We’re excited to partner with IGI USA, one of Manhattan’s premier developers, and to join the community and contribute to the lifestyle-driven experience The Harper offers its residents.”
With the arrival of BODYROK, The Harper continues to evolve beyond residential living into a holistic lifestyle destination. The studio complements a suite of robust lifestyle offerings for residents at The Harper including a fully equipped fitness center, music center with a separate practice room, children’s art room, children’s playroom with custom playroom structure by Indoor Amusement Company, a games lounge, a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views as well as a pet spa, laundry, bike room and a 24-hour attended lobby.
