Rabina commences closings at 520 Fifth Ave.
Manhattan, NY Rabina, a New York-based family-owned and operated real estate investment and development firm, said residential closings have officially commenced at 520 Fifth Ave., the tallest mixed-use tower on Fifth Ave. Standing at 1,002 ft. on the corner of 43rd St. and Fifth Ave., 520 Fifth Ave. established a unique urban living proposition: boutique condominium residences, Class A offices, and a new members-only club known as Moss, all within one building featuring elegant proportions and detailed finishes.
“The commencement of closings at 520 Fifth Ave. marks a particularly meaningful milestone for our team at Rabina,” said Josh Rabina, president and CEO of Rabina. “This moment reflects our vision of creating a timeless structure with spaces that honor New York’s architectural legacy, while also shaping how city goers will live, work, and socialize in Midtown for generations to come. We’re proud to bring this landmark development to life and look forward to welcoming the residents who will make it their home.”
Since launching sales, 520 Fifth Ave. has emerged as one of Manhattan’s top-selling new developments, with more than 95% of inventory sold in less than 12 months. The building’s sales performance places it among the fastest-selling new condominium offerings in New York City in the past decade. With residents beginning to move in, only two residences remain available for purchase, including one penthouse and one three-bedroom home.
“With extraordinary sales momentum and overwhelming market enthusiasm, we are thrilled to mark the official start of residential closings at 520 Fifth Ave.,” said Beth Fisher, senior managing director for Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, exclusive marketing and sales agent for the residences at 520 Fifth Ave. “This achievement is a powerful validation of the building’s unmatched appeal, from its iconic architecture and world-class amenities to its prime Fifth Avenue location and sweeping city views. Every element of 520 Fifth Ave. has been meticulously conceived to exceed expectations, and the exceptional response from buyers speaks to the building’s rare combination of design, craftsmanship, and lifestyle.”
Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by AD100 firm Charles & Co., 520 Fifth Ave. combines architectural sophistication with modern elegance. Spanning the tower’s top 40 floors, the one- to four-bedroom residences are designed to maximize natural light and expansive city views. Classic New York style is reinterpreted through refined millwork, European-inspired mosaics, and richly veined stone, complemented by a cohesive palette of natural woods and materials. Residents also have exclusive access to the Penthouse 88 Amenity Suite, located on the top floor, which provides a “penthouse” experience for all residents.
In addition to its residences, 520 Fifth Ave. integrates Moss, a private members’ club, into the lower levels of the building. Moss spans 40,000 s/f across four floors and opened in November, offering members dining, wellness, and cultural programming.
Further coinciding with the start of residential closings, 520 Fifth Ave. recently signed five office leases totaling nearly 40,000 s/f. The first office tenant took occupancy in November. JLL is serving as the leasing team for the offices and is in active negotiations with additional tenants.
Located in Midtown, 520 Fifth Ave. is near Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal, with direct access to transit throughout the city. The property is surrounded by landmarks including the New York Public Library, Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building, MoMA, Central Park, the Theatre District, and major retail and dining destinations.
