Brooklyn, NY Naftali Group, a privately held global real estate development and investment firm based in New York, together with Access Industries, a U.S.-based private holding company with global strategic investments, has launched leasing at Four Williamsburg Wharf, the latest luxury rental building at Williamsburg Wharf, the 3.75-acre master-planned waterfront development along Williamsburg’s East River shoreline. Designed by the globally recognized architecture firm Brandon Haw Architecture and the award-winning Hill West Architects, with interiors by Studio Munge, the renowned design studio founded by Alessandro Munge, Four Williamsburg Wharf offers 128 market-rate luxury apartments alongside an exclusive collection of indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities, marking the highly anticipated completion of the master-planned development’s first phase. Four Williamsburg Wharf is slated to open to residents this winter.

Following the launch of Williamsburg Wharf’s first luxury rental offerings, Two and Three Williamsburg Wharf, which are now over 95% leased, Naftali Group continues to build strong momentum across the master-planned development, as the transformative waterfront project completes its first phase along Brooklyn’s iconic shoreline. One Williamsburg Wharf, the development’s first luxury condominium tower, is now officially over 65% sold, underscoring the project’s appeal as a premier destination for design-driven waterfront living in Brooklyn.

“The success of Williamsburg Wharf has reinforced our belief in the strength and vibrancy of this waterfront neighborhood and the strong demand for high-quality, design-forward luxury rentals and condominiums,” said Danielle Naftali, executive vice president of marketing, sales & design at Naftali Group. “From the start, our goal was to create an urban resort community that brings together world-class design, thoughtful public spaces, and a dynamic mix of retail and culture. The response to One, Two & Three Williamsburg Wharf has been incredible, and we’re proud to introduce Four Williamsburg Wharf and to continue bringing our vision for Williamsburg’s iconic East River shoreline to life.”

Four Williamsburg Wharf continues the contemporary, design-forward architecture of the existing residential offerings at Williamsburg Wharf with a façade by the critically acclaimed Brandon Haw Architecture, led by President and CEO Brandon Haw, who founded his eponymous firm in 2014. Rising 280 feet, the 22-story tower reflects the same attention to proportion, materiality, and light that defines One, Two, and Three Williamsburg Wharf.

Ranging in size from studio to two-bedroom luxury apartments and a collection of penthouses, the residences at Four Williamsburg Wharf are designed by the award-winning Toronto-based interior design firm Studio Munge and feature layouts with contemporary, light-filled interiors. The homes has floor-to-ceiling windows, and select apartments feature private terraces or patios with sweeping views of the East River and Manhattan skyline. Four Williamsburg Wharf’s lobby, also designed by Studio Munge, reflects an elegant arrival experience with amenities that anchor the tower within the larger Williamsburg Wharf master plan. The exclusive amenities include a fitness center, basketball court and pickleball court, and a SKY club featuring co-working areas with meeting rooms, phone booths, a billiards and gaming room lounge, a private dining and event space, and an outdoor roof deck with a fire pit overlooking the East River and New York City skyline.

Residents of Four Williamsburg Wharf will also have access to the Williamsburg Wharf Resort & Recreation Club, a waterfront urban oasis designed by Ward + Gray, a New York City–based interior design firm. Shared amenities include a rooftop pool deck overlooking the East River that transforms into a seasonal ice-skating rink, an indoor-outdoor fitness center with a terrace and yoga studio, a juice bar, a private dog run, and landscaped outdoor spaces that connect directly to the waterfront park.

“The leasing velocity at Two and Three Williamsburg Wharf has been some of the strongest seen in New York City in 2025 and in Brooklyn, ever, with renters continuing to be drawn to the construction quality, design concepts, and lifestyle program Naftali Group has created,” said David Maundrell III, executive vice president of new development at Corcoran New Development. “We are very excited to launch Four Williamsburg Wharf, as it is viewed by many as the premier building of the three rental towers to be offered. With leasing now underway at Four Williamsburg Wharf, residents will soon have another opportunity to experience everything this incredible destination has to offer — from thoughtfully designed homes to incredible riverfront access and a growing mix of neighborhood amenities.”

The waterfront includes 525 ft. of public frontage featuring a landscaped park, outdoor seating, and a pedestrian and cyclist route that extends the Williamsburg waterfront pathway south to Division Ave. The Goods Mart, a modern neighborhood convenience store, is slated to open at Williamsburg Wharf this winter, while Breads Bakery and a new restaurant concept by chef Eyal Shani are estimated to open later this year. Together, these additions will further activate the waterfront and contribute to the growing mix of culinary and lifestyle offerings along Kent Avenue.

Located at 4 Wharf Way, Williamsburg Wharf sits in the heart of South Williamsburg, a neighborhood known for its tree-lined streets, vibrant restaurants, and cultural offerings, including waterfront views, boutique shopping, and buzzy nightlife. Adjacent to the Brooklyn Navy Yard, where DUMBO meets Williamsburg, the development is steps from the South Williamsburg Ferry Terminal, providing service to Manhattan in under 15 minutes, and near multiple subway lines, including the J, M, and Z trains. Residents also enjoy a convenient shuttle connection to nearby subway stations, including Bedford Avenue and Marcy Avenue, as well as easy access to the Williamsburg Bridge.
