Mojo Stumer Associates selected to design Esquire Bank’s new headquarters

Jericho, NY Mojo Stumer Associates, a Long Island–based architecture and interior design firm, has been selected to design the new headquarters for Esquire Bank at 300 Jericho Quadrangle.
The project encompasses a 50,000 s/f, two-floor headquarters that will nearly double Esquire Bank’s existing office footprint. The new space will feature a private entrance, indoor amenities, and 16,000 s/f of outdoor space designed to support employees, clients, and company events. The headquarters is expected to open in late 2026.
The headquarters project builds on Mojo Stumer Associates’ more than decade-long relationship with Esquire Bank, which includes the design of the bank’s former Long Island headquarters as well as its recently completed Los Angeles banking location. Together, the projects reflect an ongoing collaboration supporting Esquire’s continued growth across multiple markets.
“This project represents an exciting opportunity to create a headquarters that aligns with Esquire Bank’s growth, values, and future vision,” said Joe Yacobellis, partner at Mojo Stumer Associates. “Our approach focuses on designing an environment that is both highly functional and expressive of the company’s commitment to innovation, service, and its people.”
Working with Esquire Bank’s leadership team, Mojo Stumer Associates is designing a contemporary, forward-looking workplace that supports collaboration, communication, and long-term growth. The new headquarters will reflect Esquire Bank’s client-centric, technology-driven culture while prioritizing employee experience, recruitment, and retention.
