Ismael Leyva Architects wins Award of Merit

Ismael Leyva Architects, P.C. has been honored with the prestigious Award of Merit by New York Construction, a McGraw-Hill publication, for its residential building, YVES. The 14-story curtain-glass condominium is located at 166 West 18th St. and is comprised of 41 homes ranging in size from 701 s/f one bedrooms to 3,500 s/f four bedrooms, "The building features multiple setbacks that we have transformed into cascading terraces, a focal point in the building's design," said architect Ismael Leyva.
