Reyes brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial leadership, public accounting, and private industry, advising businesses on strategic growth, financial transformation, and operational efficiency.

Reyes is also the managing partner of ELEVATE, where she works closely with business owners and executive teams to simplify financial complexity and support confident, data-driven decision-making. Her background includes senior leadership roles across finance, accounting, and business operations, with a focus on implementing scalable financial systems, improving cash flow, and driving profitability across multiple industries.

She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
