Greyhawk, an international construction-consulting firm, was part of the award-winning team that received recognition from McGraw-Hill Construction's New York Construction "Best Projects of 2008" awards on December 10 at the Marriott Marquis in Manhattan. Greyhawk served as construction manager for the Brooklyn Academy of Music Canopy, which captured the award for the "Best Small Project" (under $10 million).
The annual awards event celebrates and honors the building teams that created the best projects of 2008. Selected from hundreds of entries from across the New York Region, the extraordinary projects are selected by a jury of local prominent industry professionals.
"We are proud to have played a role in overseeing the Brooklyn Academy of Music Canopy project and are honored to receive industry recognition for the entire team's work," said Gary Berman, president and CEO, Greyhawk.
