One Sunset launches leasing with design by dencityworks | architecture and Alchemy Studio
Brooklyn, NY The partnership team of Ailanthus, BEB Capital, and SK Development, has launched leasing at One Sunset, a 193,000 s/f, 14-story, 187-unit housing and retail development located at 201 25th St. in Greenwood Heights / Sunset Park neighborhood. Corcoran New Development is leading the residential leasing efforts at the property on behalf of ownership and move-ins are projected to commence in October of 2025.
The building’s intentional design by dencityworks | architecture, featuring interior design by Alchemy Studio, draws from the neighborhood context, with the lower floors honoring the brick and terracotta hues of surrounding buildings, and the upper floors featuring contrasting glass elements that help preserve sight lines for the community.
