Phillips of Largo Real Estate arranges $11.15 million mortgage financing

Jamestown, NY Jack Phillips of Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. successfully arranged a permanent first mortgage in the amount of $11.15 million to refinance the debt and closing costs for an 82,000 s/f medical office building located less than half a mile from UPMC Chautauqua, a 277-bed hospital, that is part of the nationally renowned UPMC health care system.
