Delisle and Monahan of Island Associates lease 1,050 s/f at Marion Oak Plaza

Ocala, FL Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated a new lease at Marion Oak Plaza. Latty Jamaican Restaurant has signed a 1,050 s/f long-term lease and is developing a new restaurant at the plaza.

Latty joins the newly developed Aldi Supermarket at the refreshed Marion Oaks Plaza. Marion Oaks Plaza is a 56,877 s/f shopping center on a 10 acre site with a 12.5 acre site adjacent to it that is in the early stages of planning for development.
