Palmer joins Savills as senior vice president, enterprise solutions

Manhattan, NY Savills said that Christian Palmer has joined the firm as senior vice president, enterprise solutions within its global occupier services practice. In this role, Palmer will collaborate across regions and service lines to lead efforts in designing and delivering integrated, multiservice solutions that meet the evolving needs of cross-market occupiers.

Palmer has built a reputation for guiding complex global portfolios and driving results for multinational clients. He joins Savills from Colliers, where he served as senior vice president, occupier services – enterprise client solutions, leading large-scale, multiservice pursuits and managing a significant global occupier pipeline.

Before that, he held senior roles at WeWork and Cushman & Wakefield, where he helped develop and execute enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 occupiers. His experience includes serving multi-million s/f portfolios that require extensive strategic planning and transaction management, executing on both traditional and serviced office solutions around the world.

At Savills, Palmer will be a key member of the Global Occupier Services team, which serves occupier portfolios spanning global markets with over five billion square feet under advisement – from growth companies seeking to expand into new markets to established corporate occupiers with millions of occupied spaces worldwide.

Palmer will be based in the firm’s Orange County office and will work closely with brokerage and service line leaders across the Americas and the global enterprise network to advance the firm’s multi-market, multidisciplinary service strategy.
