By identifying practical, effective AI tools, this group helps Olshan innovate by allowing us to streamline work flows and develop solutions to better serve our clients and compete with peer firms.

Corporate Culture: How does your organization foster a culture of innovation among employees and leadership? Olshan fosters innovation through top-down collaboration and outside-the-box thinking. At our weekly real estate meetings, we discuss current events and emerging industry trends, including how partners and associates can learn from these trends. We are also testing new AI tools to identify the best solutions for our firm and clients. Partners encourage associates to test these new tools and present best and worst practices to the group.
