The Galesi Group signs new 300,000 s/f lease to Sealed Air Corp.

According to the Schenectady County's Metroplex Development Authority, Sealed Air Corp. has signed a new seven-year lease at its 300,000 s/f facility at the Glenville Business and Technology Park. The new lease includes $2 million in upgrades to the company's Glenville Plant. The Glenville Sealed Air Plant is owned by the Galesi Group. Metroplex will provide a $100,000 grant toward building upgrades. "We are very pleased that Sealed Air has committed to remain in Glenville," said David Buicko, COO of the Galesi Group.
