Wells of Reilly Mann Newell co-brokers $6.575m sale of inn

Reilly Mann Newell Realty Group co-brokered the sale of the 20-room Colonial House Inn at 318 West 22nd St. in Chelsea. Built in the 1850s it was transformed in 1985 to become a bed and breakfast by Mel Cheren. The brokers were Wells Newell of Reilly Mann Newell and Cynthia Crowley of Olshan Realty, Inc. The property was sold for $ 6.575 million by the estate of the late owner to 318 West 22nd St. LLC. The attorney for the purchaser was Andrew Albstein, Esq. of Goldberg Weprin and Ustin and the legal counsel for the estate was Sheri Eisenpress, Esq.
