The Moinian Group inks 10,000 s/f with Collected Strategies at 60 Madison Ave.
Manhattan, NY The Moinian Group signed a 10,000 s/f lease with Collected Strategies, a strategic communications and investor relations firm at 60 Madison Ave. Collected Strategies was previously located at 121 East 24th St.
The Moinian Group was represented by Gregg Rothkin, Jared London, Hayden Pascal, Taylor Walker and Keegan Schenk of CBRE. Collected Strategies was represented by Michael Joseph and Taylor Bell of Colliers International.
