Manhattan, NY Stuf, the self-storage platform that transforms underutilized spaces into storage, has signed a 11,991 s/f lease at One Park Ave., the class-A office building located between 32nd and 33rd Sts. This will mark Stuf’s 10th location in NYC and is expected to open this fall.

“Owners today are looking for creative ways to activate space and unlock new revenue streams without heavy capex investments,” said Katharine Lau, CEO and co-founder of Stuf.

“At Stuf, we partner with leading owners like Vornado to transform underutilized space into a profitable, tech-enabled building amenity Our location at One Park Ave. is a perfect example of how storage can strengthen a building’s value proposition for tenants while delivering steady income for owners.”

Stuf partners with property owners to transform underutilized spaces in commercial buildings across major urban centers into tech-enabled storage, creating new revenue opportunities for owners while providing local communities with an easy-to-access and secure destination to store personal belongings, business inventory, seasonal equipment and more.

Stuf’s One Park Ave. outpost will feature 110 storage lockers ranging in various sizes, bringing tech-forward, secure and convenient storage to building tenants, residents, and employees in one of New York City’s neighborhoods. The newest Stuf location is equidistant from the city’s two main commuter hubs, Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station, providing much-needed, on- demand storage space in one of the most highly trafficked areas.

The company’s One Park Ave. location – and all Stuf locations throughout the country — will benefit from the company’s proprietary AI tech stack, including SidneyAI, its recently launched omnichannel AI agent that handles customer inquiries, bookings and payment reminders across voice, text and email.
