Thompson and Gentile of Resolution R.E. lease 5,200 s/f floor to Trident Media at 18 East 41st St.
Manhattan, NY John Thompson, director/leasing, and Justin Gentile, director/leasing of Resolution Real Estate, a member of NAI Global, have leased a 5,200 s/f office, spanning the entire 13th floor at 18 East 41st St., to Trident Media Group. The internationally recognized literary agency represents the works of dozens of award-winning authors, including Marilynne Robinson, Frank Herbert, and Deepak Chopra.
Resolution Real Estate is the leasing and managing agent of the building, representing the landlord, 18 East 41st Partners LLC. The tenant was represented by Elliott Zelinger and Scott Fink of Savitt partner. Trident Media Group will be relocating from 355 Lexington Ave. in December 2025. The asking rent was $45 per s/f and the lease term is three years.
“Trident Media Group is a powerhouse in the literary community and we are delighted they have chosen the Central Plaza Building,” said Thompson. “The space was in excellent condition and there are only a few modifications needed for Resolution to make, on behalf of ownership.”
Gentile said, “This building has become a hub for creative tenants, largely because of its open floorplates and central location. Its proximity to the new LIRR hub in Grand Central was also a selling point for this tenant.”
