Marcus & Millchap appoints Tham as an investment specialist

Marcus & Millichap has hired Mack Tham as an investment specialist, according to J.D. Parker, a regional manager at Marcus & Millchap. He previously served as the director of sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services. He serves on the board of directors of the Chinese-American Real Estate Association. He is a member of REBNY, YREPNY, Green Drinks, Zoning for Jobs and a founding committee member of the ICSC N.Y.C. Alliance Program. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Calgary. He graduated with a master's degree in Real Estate Development from the Columbia University, and a master's degree in Real Estate Investment and Development from the National University of Singapore.
