San Francisco, CA Gantry has appointed three new partners joining the firm’s board of directors as shareholders in the firm’s producer-owned/producer-led private corporate structure. The new partners hold the title of principal and are production leaders in their respective offices: Tom Grzebinski in New York, Joe Monteleone in St. Louis, and Mark Reichter in Kansas City.

“Gantry is founded and still led by active loan producers solely focused on creating a best of class platform to serve both clients and correspondents as leaders in commercial real estate finance,” said George Mitsanas, principal of Gantry. “Each of these three eminently talented professionals is now a vested shareholder and member of the firm’s board of directors. We are proud to call them partners as they continue to pursue and deliver new loan production as independent leaders in their respective regions.”

Grzebinski joined Gantry as a senior director in 2019, and since that time continues to lead commercial mortgage production for the firm in the northeastern markets. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and an appointed member of New York State’s Board of Real Estate.

Monteleone joined Gantry as a principal in 2024 following the firm’s merger with Triad Capital Partners, a platform he led as a principal and the production leader of its St. Louis office. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC).

Reichter joined Gantry as a principal in 2024 following the firm’s merger with Triad Capital Partners, a platform he led as a principal and the production leader of its Kansas City office. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and is a former member of the Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG) for the Mortgage Bankers Association.
