Stypa of Lee & Associates arranges distribution center lease with Quince

Carneys Point, NJ Andrew Stypa of Lee & Associates’ New Jersey office represented affordable luxury brand Quince in a 105,000 s/f industrial lease at LogistiCenter. Dean Torosian of JLL represented Dermody, the landlord of the property at 24 North Game Creek Road. 

Founded in 2018, Quince is a direct-to-consumer retail brand that partners directly with factories, enabling it to sell exceptional quality fashion and home goods at an affordable price point. LogistiCenter at Carneys Point marks Quince’s first logistics facility location, and aligns with the company’s immediate and long-term distribution space needs, according to Stypa. This asset gives Quince the option to expand up to 325,000 s/f, offering a scalable solution to support the company’s growth and operational logistics requirements.

LogistiCenter at Carneys Point is a two-building warehouse and distribution campus in Salem County. Its southern New Jersey location offers regional access from the New Jersey Turnpike and I-295, as well as tri-state connectivity via the Delaware Memorial and Commodore Barry bridges.
