What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I am most proud of the team that we have put together at Triforce commercial real estate, Triforce Capital Partners. We have created an infrastructure and process that enable us to ably serve our clients in the multifamily, student housing, industrial sales and leasing and land development spaces. Collaborating on this project with Jason, our broker record, and our other colleague has been rewarding for the three of us.

What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? Having transitioned from a practicing attorney for 25 years to the world of commercial real estate both in brokerage and in investing was a learning experience, like no other. It reinforced to me the value of patience, persistence, processes, and trusting my life experiences to help deliver exceptional results to my real estate clients.

What is your top advice for someone just starting out in your field? Patience, patience, patience be willing to learn and absorb like a sponge! Seek out advice and council for mentors or person’s experience in the field who can help show you effective and constructive strategies the unafraid to ask questions

Who has been pivotal in your professional development, and how have they influenced you? My many years practicing law help prepare me to transition into unfamiliar territory with skill set that allowed me to learn and develop a deep understanding of the business The brokerages I worked for, the partners I’ve been fortunate enough to do work with the clients who have invested their faith and trust in me, have all been a profound influence in my professional development.
