What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m most proud of my role in shaping JPMorgan Chase’s new global headquarters at 270 Park — a pivotal project that redefines the modern workplace and sets a new standard for future workplaces from occupant experience, high-performing workspaces to sustainably-driven choices. I helped align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision, using data and subject matter expert insights to guide strategic decisions. By ensuring the design met evolving employee needs while setting a new standard for flexible, future-ready office environments, we were able to meet the client’s ambitious goals.

What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? During the pandemic, I faced the challenge of rethinking workplace planning in the midst of rapid, unpredictable change. I leveraged spatial analysis and behavioral data and developed tools to help clients adapt to evolving needs. I understood my client’s business, so I could advise them on how to best support their business needs during this turbulent time – while making their spaces meaningful and memorable. This experience taught me that data isn’t just a design input—it’s a powerful way to align stakeholders, build consensus, and drive clarity in times of uncertainty.
