GFP Real Estate arranges additional 5,936 s/f to long term lease for First Quality Management
Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, LLC, First Quality Maintenance, a commercial cleaning and maintenance provider serving the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut area, has signed a new long-term lease for an additional 5,936 s/f of general and executive office space on the ninth floor of 318 West 39th St. in the Garment District.
Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, and the tenant in the transaction. The new lease brings First Quality Maintenance’s total footprint at the building to 32,936 s/f across two floors.

318 West 39th St. was built in 1915 and designed by the architectural firm of Crow, Lewis, & Wickenhafer on the former site of the Finck Brewery and was originally named the Finck Building. The thirteen-story building's façade features classically inspired architectural detailing and a lobby.
Situated in the historic Garment District, the building is close to many area amenities, including eateries in Hell’s Kitchen, and transportation links including A, C and E trains on Eighth Ave., the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and nearby Times Square-42nd St. station.
