NAI Long Island sells 18,000 s/f office building

Located at 600 Broad Hollow Rd., an 18,000 s/f office building in the 110 corridor in Melville, has been sold by NAI Long Island. John Simone, Carmine Inserra and Brett Rosenthal of NAI Long Island represented the seller, 600 Broad Hollow Rd. Associates. Chuck Tabone of Newmark Knight Frank represented the purchaser, a local user, who will use the property for their headquarters.
