Meshil and Kintzer of Royal Props. close 5,000 s/f; Winick assists

According to Royal Properties, Inc., AT&T signed a 10-year lease with two five-year options for a 5,000 s/f free standing building at Newburgh Towne Center on Rte. 300. This shopping center includes retailers such as Stop & Shop, Marshalls, Provident Bank, Dress Barn, Hallmark, Dollar Tree and Game Stop. Scott Meshil and Jeff Kintzer of Royal Properties represented the landlord, Cobell LLC. The firm is the executive leasing agent for Newburgh Towne Center. "AT&T was attracted to this location ue to the enormous visibility on Rte. 300 as well as the shopping center co-tenants. We are pleased to bring a great corporate tenant to this center," said Kintzer, principal of Royal Properties. Winick Realty Group represented AT&T.
