Swanson joins Clinical: Medical Real Estate Solutions

Hackensack, NJ Clinical: Medical Real Estate Solutions has added Michael Swanson as director of portfolio transaction management. Swanson’s career encompasses 28 years of commercial real estate experience and includes substantial healthcare-related real estate experience.

Prior to joining Clinical, Swanson served as senior transaction manager at CBRE, running 500-plus locations in multiple regions for US Oncology McKesson. In an earlier position at Cushman & Wakefield’s Austin, TX, he managed day-to-day real estate portfolios on over 250 locations for Davita Dialysis. Over the years, Swanson has negotiated more than 1,000 transactions, spanning 2.5 million s/f, and achieving an estimated $100 million in cost savings on behalf of portfolio clients.
