Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered a six-year, 2,565 s/f expansion lease at 411 Fifth Ave. for Bollman Hat Co. brand Helen Kaminski. The addition of the Helen Kaminski space will raise Bollman Hat Co.'s total lease to 19,392 s/f. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord in the transaction. Although details of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price was $42 per s/f. The 11-story property has 24-7 building hours and is located in the transit triangle. Notable tenants include Kathy Van Zeeland, Global Finance, and Sentiment Jewelry Co., Inc with retail tenant Citibank. "We are happy that we could accommodate the Bollman Hat Co.'s expansion to help them consolidate all brands under one roof," said Levy. "This is a great accessories building with a prime Fifth Ave. location, which we believe will continue to serve the company well." Adams & Co.
