Recent goal and impact: At Mojo Stumer, we’re committed to elevating Long Island’s architectural landscape through thoughtful, modern design. 301 Warner, our newly completed mixed-use project in Roslyn Station, revitalizes the area with retail, office, and residential spaces. Similarly, our Floral Park project blends contemporary design with the neighborhood’s character, enhancing connectivity and urban fabric. These projects are helping to shape Long Island’s future as a more connected region.
Who was/is your role model and/or leadership mentor?
Working with Mark Stumer as principal has been inspiring, blending vision, mentorship, and expertise.
Turning problems into opportunities:
One of the biggest challenges we’ve faced is designing for complex, constrained sites — especially in Long Island’s evolving mixed-use landscape. A prime example is 301 Warner, where extreme grade variations posed a significant design hurdle. Instead of seeing it as a limitation, we used the site’s topography to create a multi-level, transit-oriented development that enhances accessibility and walkability, seamlessly connecting the community to Roslyn Station. By embracing constraints as opportunities, we continue to push design forward, delivering impactful, community-driven solutions.
